RAWALPINDI: The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Tuesday continued to investigate the PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi regarding the May 9 incidents in the Adiala jail.
The JIT, led by SP Mohammad Usman, had come from Lahore to complete the inquiry of 9 May incident. The 8 members of JIT reached the Adiala jail at about 12:30 noon and remained there for over two and a half hours and asked written questions from Qureshi regarding his involvement in the May 9 incident. The JIT put different questions to the PTI leader. The other members of JIT included inspectors Alam, Waleed, Malik, and Muhammad Arham. Also, ASI Ayub, Shahid and Constable Azhar were part of the team.
