President Ranil Wickremesinghe met Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh in New Delhi earlier today. 

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the swearing-in ceremony of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The President’s Media Division confirmed the meeting, which highlights the ongoing efforts to strengthen regional ties and cooperation among South Asian nations.
