The interview pointed out that in Chongqing City, the Songzao Coal Mine "September 27" major fire accident and the Diaoshuidong Coal Mine "12·4" major fire accident occurred one after another in more than two months, causing heavy casualties and severe effects. The accident exposed some coal mine enterprises’ inadequate safety development concepts, failure to implement the main responsibility, incomplete risk investigation, unscientific research and judgment, inaccurate prevention and control, inadequate investigation and management of hidden dangers, weak grassroots safety, and low quality of supervision and supervision.
The interview requires that we must coordinate development and safety, draw lessons from the accident, and earnestly strengthen the political consciousness and action consciousness to do a good job in coal mine safety production.
