SATV,Kathmandu, October. 16- The discussion took place on the ninth season of the popular talk show Koffee with Karan, which featured Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as its first guest. With the outspoken actor on the couch, the obvious questions were bound to arise: Why has he not married, and when does he plan to tie the knot?
Few celebrities have faced questions about marriage as frequently as Salman Khan. This time, host Karan Johar explored the actor’s decision to remain unmarried, his desire to have children and various aspects of his personal life.
Salman is known for his romantic image and straightforward answers. During the conversation, Karan asked him, “You belong to everyone, but who do you belong to?”
Salman replied simply, “My family.”
Karan then spoke about his own feelings of loneliness, explaining that he often feels alone without a life partner. Salman, however, offered a different perspective and described Karan as fortunate because he has children and his mother in his life.
Salman also explained what he considers true loneliness. According to him, it occurs when nobody wants to live with you. He suggested that Karan was not in such a situation.
“You are at your loneliest when nobody wants to be with you. Nobody stopped me from having a life partner. I am happy with the life I have now,” Salman said.
During the show, Salman was also asked whether he ever felt the absence of children in his life. In response, the actor expressed his desire to become a father in the future.
“Of course, someday I will have children. Karan, I was very happy when you became a father. Yes, children will definitely come,” Salman said.
The episode also featured special video messages from some of Salman’s close friends, including Sanjay Dutt, Bobby Deol and Varun Dhawan. In a light-hearted message, Sanjay jokingly suggested that Salman should now bring a “little Salman” into the world.
