SATV, Kathmandu, Mar. 27 - Transport Minister Bimal Ratnayake is inspecting reconstruction work today near Elgin Falls, Nanuoya-Ambewela, on the Colombo-Badulla-Colombo Upcountry Railway Line, which was severely damaged by the recent Ditwah Cyclone. The restoration, part of the “Rebuilding Sri Lanka” program, has already fully restored 13 of the 14 affected locations along the route.
