Students attending Peking University and Tsinghua University, China's two most prestigious institutions of higher learning, will continually take elective courses at both institutions during spring 2021. The educational administration departments of the two universities (大学 dàxué) have agreed to open (开放 kāifàng) some elective undergraduate courses and recognize credits (学分 xuéfēn), each from the other institution. Peking University will partially open 56 courses (课程 kèchéng) to Tsinghua students, while Tsinghua University will open 27 courses to Peking University students.
