The Hidden Treasure, a beauty pageant organiser has announced that Miss Nepal 2023, the country'smost popular beauty pageant, is now open for all the interested applicants ofNepal, at today's Press Conference held in Kathmandu.

Applicants can submit theirapplications on official application,"Miss Nepal", until March 15which is 40 days from today and the final event will be held on May 27. The minimum height criteria for this year is 5ft 3 inches whereas the age limit is18-27 years. The applicant should be an unmarried female carrying Nepalese citizenship with at least being academically qualified with +2 or equivalent. Miss World Organisation has marked thestandard of the beauty pagent with a body that doesn't have any tattoo.

Regional auditions will be held, one in each province by March 15 to make it "more inclusive" as stated by Chairman of THT, Raj Karnikar . The venues for the auditions will be Itahari (Province 1), Birgunj (Madhesh), Kathmandu (Bagmati), Pokhara(Gandaki), Nepalgunj (Lumbini), Surkhet (Karnali) and Dhangadhi (Sudurpaschim).The exact dates will be announced later. Audition in Kathmandu will be held on March 18 at Park Village hotel, Budanilkantha. The venues and dates of audition forother regions will be announced later, said Mr. Karnikar.

 The contestants who passed through it will attend two months long tutoring and grooming sessions to prepare themselves for winning national and international crowns.The title winner, first and second runners-upof the event will represent Nepal in the Miss World, Miss Earth and Miss International events respectively.

The event will be coreographed by Rachana Gurung Sharma, a creative director of the event. Asuthosh Shrestha manages the visuals of the event while Creative D Art is the incharge of photography in the programme.
