Ryan Reynolds has recently showered praises on John Green's movie adaptation, Turtles All the Way on social media.

Taking to Instagram Story on Sunday, the Green Lantern star posted a cover photo of the movie featuring Isabela Merced and Cree Cicchino.

Directed by Hannah Marks, the movie, which came out on Max on May 2, is an adaptation of Green’s 2019 novel that follows the story of best friends Aza and Daisy on a journey that feels familiar to many of the author’s fans, which is related to mental health.

Reynolds wrote in the caption, "One of my favourite writers and an excellent adaptation you can watch on @streamonmax," as he also tagged Green.

Over the last few years, Reynolds raised his voice about his “lifelong” struggle with mental health. He first opened up in a post shared in 2021, as he explained that he would “overschedule” himself while dealing with anxiety.

Later, the Buried actor explained in his old interviews that he wanted to "de-stigmatize" mental health conversations.

Earlier in April, Reynolds shared a new teaser and poster for the upcoming Deadpool and Wolverine movie, which also starred Hugh Jackman.

Captioning the post, the Free Guy actor penned, "Found the guy who killed Bambi’s mom."

Meanwhile, Reynolds' highly anticipated movie Deadpool and Wolverine is slated to release in theatres on July 26.
