The newly appointed ministers of Lumbini state have taken oath of office and secrecy.

Provincial Chief Amik Sherchan administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed ministers. Jokh Bahadur Mahara, Indrajit Tharu from CPN (Maoist Centre), Bishnu Prasad Panthi, Durga Prasad Chaudhary, Tulsiram Sharma from CPN (UML), Janki Prasad Yadav from RPR and Chandrakesh Gupta from Janamat Party have taken oath.

Earlier, Chetnarayan Acharya from UML and Krishna KC from Maoist took oath along with Chief Minister Leela Giri. Giri was appointed as the Chief Minister on last 27th December.

A month after the appointment of the Chief Minister, the government took its complete form.
