SATV Kathmandu Aug 29: Nepal and India are set to clash today in the ongoing South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Under-17 Women’s Championship. The match kicks off at 6:00 PM Nepali Standard Time (NST) at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu, Bhutan.
In the ongoing double-round-robin league, India leads the table with 12 points, followed by Bangladesh with 9 points. Nepal sits in third place with 3 points, while Bhutan remains winless at the bottom. Only these four countries are participating in the tournament.
According to the schedule, Nepal will next face Bhutan on August 31. With their current standing, Nepal has already been eliminated from the title race.
