SATV, Kathmandu, July 17: The promotional video of ‘Lure Budha, Bhunde Budhi’ has been released. 

In the promo, actor Suleman Shankar, popularly known as ‘Iku’, appears in a fresh role alongside actress Sneha Katuwal.

According to Iku, the programme will premiere on July 20 and will be broadcast every Monday at 5:00 pm.

Produced with the aim of offering a original flavour to Nepal’s digital media and entertainment landscape, the show is a family comedy inspired by stories that resonate with ordinary Nepalis and reflect everyday society. Speaking about the programme, Iku said, “The show will invite well-known Nepali celebrities as well as political and social figures as guests. Through a humorous presentation in a typical village setting, it will explore their childhood memories, hidden struggles and the ups and downs of their lives.”

The promo showcases the traditional atmosphere of a Nepali village.  Besides his acting career, Iku has remained actively involved in various social service initiatives and organisations. Having established a distinct identity in the entertainment industry, he has acted in numerous television serials and films, and has also ventured into film production and direction.

Similarly, Sneha Katuwal, who entered the entertainment industry as a singer, has recorded hundreds of songs. She has also appeared in several television serials and is currently busy with popular productions including Sita, Chhuchchi Sasu, Geeta and Samjhauta.
