Kathmandu, Sep 11: The Nepal Air Service Corporation's plane wide body ship-330 is scheduled to fly to Israel at 2:30 am on Wednesday for rescuing the Nepalese trapped in war-torn Israel according to Corporation spokesperson Ramesh Paudel.

Spokesperson Paudel informed that all necessary procedures for take off and landing, route permit as well as insurance for chartered flights have been completed. “The plane is scheduled to take off at 2:30 tonight and land in Israel at around 9:00 in the morning. According to the plan, the plane will stay there for not more than ten minutes to gather Nepalese. The aircraft plans to leave Isarel at 9:10 am immediately and land Nepal tomorrow at 8:30 pm. “However, it has not been decided who will be on the ship and under whose leadership the flight will take place. The corporation is currently preparing for this," he informed.

The corporation's ship will go to Israel through Dubai transit. Jagannath Niraula, spokesperson of Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, said that there was some delay in the flight due to the need to obtain a route permit (flight permit) for the flight passing through Dubai. However, he said, there will be no restrictions on the corporation from Nepal for chartered flights.
