President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu states the opposition, despite various attempts to pin lies on him, has been unsuccessful.

He made the remark while speaking at a campaign rally of PNC’s candidate for South Galolhu constituency Mohamed Ibrahim.

Speaking at the rally, President Muizzu described himself as an individual who will not infringe the rights of the people and in this trajectory, assured that he will not touch property and finances belonging to the public. He added that the acceptance of Almighty Allah was far more important to him.

The President refuted lies that has been spread regarding him by the opposition at tonight’s rally, saying the opposition, despite various attempts to pin lies on him, has been unsuccessful. He added that there will not be a thing that can be shown against him even in the future.

Underscoring that opposition MDP, despite going as far as forging a draft of a police intelligence report that has not been either sealed or dated which included the rent of the tenants who resided at his row house and the properties he inherited from his father, had still failed to point out anything against him.

President Muizzu said he is not an individual who has committed such an act as hoped by the opposition. He assured that he would never commit an act that violates any laws and regulations.

“I want you [opposition] to keep on talking about this. Then it will be you who embarrasses yourselves,” he added.
