The current era is full of both hope and challenge. Standing at the crossroads of history, are we going to unite or divide or become more open? Are you separating yourself from others or cooperating with others or opposing others? The conscious choices we make affect the welfare of all mankind. In fact, these questions are also testing the wisdom of each country.

Currently, the mutual relations and interdependence between different countries in the world have deepened unprecedentedly. Mankind is living on the same planet earth at the same time. The common destiny of all mankind is becoming totally aggregated. 10 years ago, Chinese President Xi Jinping presented the concept of creating a framework for the common destiny of mankind. Its purpose was to answer the question of the world, the question of history and the question of the age, ``Where is mankind going?'', and to show the way to the confused world. It was a Chinese formula presented for the people of different countries to join hands to protect their homeland and enjoy a prosperous and beautiful future together.

To build the totality of the common destiny of mankind is to link the future and destiny of every race, country and individual; to stand together in every difficulty, to suffer honor and dishonor together. Many countries and people have begun to understand that transforming the earth into a harmonious large family and moving forward the construction of a long peaceful, safe, shared prosperous, open and inclusive clean and beautiful world into a beautiful reality for the people of every country is to transform the world's desire for a beautiful life into a reality. This concept is linked to the common good of all mankind, it represents the desire of the people of the world for peace, truth and progress. It is a collective expression of the desire of the people of every country to jointly build a beautiful world. It has an important meaning in the unity of every country, cooperation, and the joint construction of a beautiful future for mankind.

China is a proponent as well as a promoter: new concepts make new actions possible and new actions ensure results. 10 years ago, China jointly promoted the high-quality construction of the BRI with full faith and concrete action, presenting the preamble on global development, global security and global civilization. Through this, China has joined hands with more and more countries and regions to jointly build the overall destiny of mankind, face global challenges and modify global governance by providing knowledge and power, and has made a greater contribution to the power and development of mankind. 

The concept of the Chinese Sutra presented for the protection of one's habitat and the common enjoyment of a prosperous and beautiful future is linked to the common good of all mankind, representing the desire of the people of the world for peace, truth and progress.

For the past 10 years, China has signed documents on the joint construction of BRI with three-quarters of the world's countries and 32 international organizations. In the BRI launched by China, the trade volume of manufactured goods with the country has increased from 10 trillion US dollars to 10 trillion 70 billion US dollars. Its annual growth rate has reached eight percent. Similarly, the mutual investment amount with countries belonging to BRI has exceeded two trillion and 70 billion US dollars. Economic and trade cooperation zones built by Chinese companies in BRI countries have created more than 421,000 jobs in those countries. 

China has made every effort to realize the UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda before the introduction of global development, providing Chinese strength for solving complex development problems and global development work. China has outlined 32 important steps to implement the preamble on global development, including the establishment of a 'fund for global development and South-South cooperation'. The fund's capital is four billion US dollars. So far, more than 100 countries and international organizations have endorsed the Preamble on Global Development.

More than 70 countries have joined the 'Friendly Group of Preambles on Global Development' established at the United Nations. China has also presented a preface on global security. The preamble is related to a new kind of global security, not one of dialogue, non-resistance, cooperation, non-alignment, where one side wins and the other side loses. China has always played a responsible role in solving the hot problems that keep appearing on the world stage.

Mediated by China, the historic peace talks between Saudi Arabia and Iran were concluded and a wave of peace was created in the Middle East. China has presented a preface on global civilization and stressed on the need to jointly respect the global civilization and its diversity, to respect the common values of mankind, to emphasize the continuity and innovation of civilization, to increase international cultural exchange and cooperation, etc. The international community has evaluated the three global preambles, saying that these preambles reflect China's global vision and influence on China's international preamble, which is increasing day by day, and it has presented a comprehensive solution to the complex problems facing mankind.

The China-Nepal relationship is a living illustration of the overall construction of the common destiny of mankind. China and Nepal are connected by rivers and mountains. The friendship between the two countries is ages old. After the historic state visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Nepal in 2019, the relationship between China and Nepal has been upgraded and has become a "friendly strategic cooperation and cooperative relationship of ages that will increase development and prosperity". In the successful meeting of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" in September of this year in Hangzhou, a new understanding was reached and a new comprehensive blueprint for China-Nepal relations and cooperation was drawn.

In 2017, after China and Nepal signed the memorandum of understanding on the joint construction of BRI, the solid cooperation between the two countries has been an important achievement. Mutual understanding has increased in the policy-making of the two countries. Mechanisms of economic and trade exchange are further modified. Connectivity projects have become more effective.

He is helping to realize the dream of transforming Nepal from a landlocked country to a landlinked country by building a three-dimensional connectivity network in the areas of dry ports, highways, airways, telecommunications etc. 

In the future, together China and Nepal wants to be able to realize, Chinese President Xi Jinping’s achievements of his visit to Nepal in 2019 and the understanding between the leaders of the two countries, advance the BRI cooperation to a higher level, support Nepal in agricultural modernization, self-reliance in energy and the upgrading of production to better improve the country's independence and economic self-sufficiency.

A ray of light does not come by itself. Everyone has to work hard together for that. The collective creation of the common destiny of mankind is not instantaneous. For that, there should be unity among all the countries of the world. Everyone around the world should adopt good governance. You should jointly build your abode. By uniting with all the countries of the world, including Nepal, China wants to play a more and more important role in the process of progress and modernization of mankind. We want to work hand in hand to create a more beautiful future for mankind, contributing more to the building of the whole of mankind's common destiny.
