India's Border Security Force (BSF) returned the bodies of two Bangladeshi men, killed along the Chuadanga border, 16 days after they were shot dead.
The bodies were handed over to the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) by the BSF after a flag meeting near the Baradi border in Chuadanga on Saturday.
The matter was confirmed by Darshana police station and local UP member Abdul Rahman.
The two Bangladeshis, Sajedur Rahman, 27, and Khaja Moinuddin, 35, were shot dead by BSF for allegedly entering the neighbouring country’s territory through the border in the Darshana upazila of Chuadanga on December 16.
Both men were from Chhoygharia village under Parkrisnapur-Madna union of the upazila.
