The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has questioned how the customers will get back the stuck money after investing in various fraud online-based e-commerce and LLM companies in Bangladesh.

A four-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Obaidul Hassan asked this during a hearing on UniPay, a multilevel marketing company (MLM).

At one point in the hearing, the court told an Anti-Corruption Commission lawyer that customers need to get their money back from fraudulent e-commerce websites like Alesha Mart, Evaly and UniPay.

Hundreds of people, after investing in various online-based e-commerce and LLM companies, have repeatedly approached the court to get their money back.
