Musa Logistics, an international Chinese logistics company today organised a business meeting with Nepalese customers on 18th February in Kantipur Garden Banquet, Gwarko, Lalitpur.

Musa Logistics is a company that has been providing services like warehouse management, transportation, transportation of large goods, cash on delivery service, import/export and China-Nepal border logistics for the past 2 decades through all air, land and ship.

The meeting released its future plans among its customers. The meeting was also held as a chance of easy direct communication with all of its customers and discuss upon the issue, problems, worries, difficulties while working with each others togetherness .

Musa disclosed that it is opening two other sub branches in Newroad and Pashupati plaza respectively easing it's customers of every area for easy trade. This aims to contribute for the building of trade, help and friendly relation between two countries China and Nepal.

Hou Zhihong, the person in charge of Musa International Logistics Nepal, said that at present, the ports of the two countries have been fully opened and two-way customs clearance has resumed, and gradually fully recovering the business of Musa Logistics . The meeting is mainly to thank new and old customers for their support to Musa Logistics over the years, and also to listen to the opinions of old and new friends, to change work ideas and styles, to improve service quality and work efficiency, and to repay the love of our customers.

The organisation simplified the distant communication and meeting with manager of air department Qiqi, manager of Musa Logistics Min Zhu Qiang in the program through Voov.

The program was comprehensive giving detailed information about Musa's warehouses whereas showing problem solving attitude letting it's customers express their problems in this collaboration.

This meeting helped to locate the traders difficulties in payment system.

"If this organization has a system to convert the amount we pay into Chinese currency and make payment in China, we expect that both your business and our business will flourish" said honourable Mahesh Poudel.

He further adds," In the same way, when we purchase goods, we trust Musa Transport in their reliability and wait in the border. But now we expect that the Musa will bring the goods to our warehouse by working on the door to door system."

The traders couldn't claim their goods that had been ruined during corona time which were in store, due to lack of direct communication and contact with Musa logistics.

Poudel presents himself with a solution that Musa should confidently take responsibility to bring their goods safely to kathmandu and if their damaged goods were reimbursed either by insurance or any other means, the trade would be more easier.

He also throws light upon the complications with Chinese border and ends "We believe that some initiatives will be taken in China by the company itself to facilitate the Chinese border"
