Anish Kumar Kuikel was announced first for his exceptionally beautiful music, correct answers and strong Chinese speech presentation in the final round of 22nd Chinese Bridge- Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students Nepal 2023 which was held successfully in Jyapu Society of Patan on 11th of June.

The results were extracted immediately after an evaluation of total numbers passed by the judges. Mr. Kuikel will now represent Nepal in "Global Finals of Chinese Bridge" in China competing with winners of Chinese bridge of different nationalities.

With the concept and objective of "One World One Family", Chinese Bridge competition from and above age group 20, was organised by Chinese Embassy in Nepal in collaboration with Confucius Institute at KU.

 The participants of the finals presented their speech in and around a theme "One World One Family" and were also evaluated in four different levels which is speech in first, question answer session in second, face the judges round in third and presentation of any of their talents at the end.

His Excellency, Mr. Chen Song, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal said that language is the important mechanism to understand any country. He highlighted,''we are doing everything possible to transform Chinese education into a higher and professional one, to provide better opportunities for people to learn and use the Chinese language, to enhance mutual learning between the two civilization and to actively make full use of various resources, including government scholarships''. he further added that they envision of building a common future community between China and Nepal.

Mr.Kuikel after his win shared to SATV, "I am simply feeling happy and hope to work harder for global finals to compete in an international level" and to all the Nepalese trying to learn Chinese language, he also added, "there are broad scopes of learning Chinese language in the international platform".

Dr. Harish Chandra Shah, President of Nepal China Culture and Educational Council, Xiao Jiang, Director of China Culture Center Nepal, Devi Prasad Upadhyaye, Under Secretary of Nepal Examination Board and Lou Yunhai, Director of International Volunteer Chinese Language Teacher's Home in Nepal attended the program as special guests and judges of the competition. Likewise, students from different schools also participated as audience.
