Art exhibition inagurated today/pic-Bishal Shrestha
Kathmandu, 3 Jan-Confucius Institute at Tribhuwan University has hosted the art exhibition at art council, Babarmahal.
The program was inagurated by the Nepalese director Bal Mukunda Regmi and Chinese director Xin Lu Gao of Confucius Institute at Tribhuwan Universirty. Shiva Lal Bhusal, director of Tribhuwan University emulate the chief guest for the exhibition. Likewise representetives of Chinese embassy in Nepal, Jin Xiao Dong, director of Nepal-Chinese overseas association, Xu Xiaoyun, Secretary General of Chinese Association in Nepaland 14th batch medical team of china attended the program.

The aim of exhibition is the cultural exchange, enact friendship, establishing relation between two neighbouring countries and creating the history. Directors also mentioned that Nepal-China are friendly neighboring countries connected by mountains and water and have a long history of bilateral cultural exchange and emphasized that this program is an important means of promoting mutual friendship and cooperation and building history.
The Institute has said that the demonstration was held to deepen the cultural exchange between Nepal and China and to strengthen the friendship between the people of the two countries. It is believed that the culture of Nepal and China will be displayed through the exhibition.
It is believed that the diplomatic, cultural and economic relationship between two countries in past 10 years are exhibited through photographs, paintings, thangkas and calligraphy in the exhibition program. 19 photographs, 44 thangkas, 15 oil paintings and 31 calligraphy related to the art culture of Nepal and China have been exhibited in the exhibition organized today at the Nepal Art Council at Babarmahal.
Many Chinese and Nepalese guests of different age group have visited the program.
